SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday 9am-3pm EST. Please allow 1-2 days for order fulfillment, you will receive an email once your order is fulfilled. Once shipped, USPS Priority will deliver your package within 2-3 days.
PICK UP ORDER POLICY
Pickup orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday 9am-3pm EST. For same day pickup, orders must be placed before 12pm EST. All orders placed on Fridays after 12pm, fulfillment will take place Monday.
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
Prior to using our products, please ensure that you are a certified professional and have read/understand the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you are able to apply the product correctly.

All purchases are non-refundable. In the unfortunate event that you have experienced a damaged or defective product, we are eager to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and we will exchange the product. No refunds for damaged or defective items.
