SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-2 business days for you order to be fulfilled. Orders are shipped using USPS Priority 2-Day. Once order is fulfilled and shipped, please allow 2 business days to receive the product. Use the contact button for any questions or concerns about your order.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

Prior to using our products, please ensure that you are a certified professional and have read/understand the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you are able to apply the product correctly. 

All refund requests have to be processed and approved by the owners. Please notify us of any unopened product that you wish to return within 3 days of receiving your product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be made for product cost only. 

In the unfortunate event that you have experienced a damaged or defective product, we are eager to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and we will exchange the product. No refunds for damaged or defective items.
